Rocky 4 soundtrack gets me pumped... I used to listen to some All 'boro King's/Sick of it all while weighlifting in the gym...and the first Rage Against the Machine album. Thats pretty good. On the way downto my yellow belt grading on sunday I was listening to Saliva (Click click boom) and Adema (Immortal). Im kinda getting back into the nu-metal thing, particularly what with Limp Bizkit back on the circuit

I've started doing Kuk Sool Won, done it for 3 odd months now n I feel ive taken to it fairly well. When I took my White belt/yellow stripe I was ready to do my Yellow belt but it would be pretty arrogant to do that. I think its much better to perfect what you already know, n become inch perfect in the forms/techniques whatever's being leant. Just out of interest, in TKD are there armlock techniques as they are in KSW or is it all just kicks n forms?

Hey thanks. Yeah the testing went pretty well. I think I went a little too fast on my Ki Cho Hyung (forms 1-3) though, which I guess can only be a good thing haha..by the time I was done all the other white belts were still half way through their forms, lol! Well the grading Just mostly consisted of what we already learnt in class + a bit extra. I was pretty much ready for my yellow belt to be honest but eh, one step at a time I guess + its good im learning in advance. I just hope I get to learn at least some of whats required for yellow belt blue stripe. Then I'll have no problem with passing gradings in future if I learn more in advance...during the grading though I was surprised to find a couple of higher belts who tried for their grading were forgetting their forms. But at the end of the day I got no sympathy, they only bring it on themselves..shouldda practiced more...although I must say some of the techniques that the higher grades did were fascinating, so look forward to learning them! Can't wait till I start doing my Black belt n Dan testings... where the real fun starts huh -
hmmm cant really help you there, you're probably better off buying. I bought some Foam one's with a chain as opposed to string from my MA teacher for about £3... so fairly cheap but im just a beginner in nunchuks. Your probably best ask your MA teacher about getting you some, or you can always buy online.

I don't do breakdancing... I just do crazy Bez-type groovy dancing movements while sipping on a can of beer and a fag (ciggarette) in my other hand. Thats my idea of dancing
