I think your all getting the wrong idea it not warming up to music that i don't like, It's warming up to music while trying to do karate moves, thats what i don't like the music is cool it make a change to listen to music and it gets you ready and warmed up. ie try age uke's, age zuki, gedan barai, oi zuki, mawashi geri, etc all to fast or slow beat music and you'll find yourself doing it to the beat. bagpuss: 5 kyu Redhall/bramley International Black Belt School Ltd.
