well to me it doesn't matter if i have black belt or a green belt what matters is how good you are in the Martial Arts you are doing. the belt you have (or not have) It must say that you must have deserved the belt if you got it but are you really good enough for other fighters in lower or higher rankings?????

Ya i can see the teachers getting like 8-11% but they wanted 50% encrease for new teachers or at least 37% I thought they were insane Like other provinces where i live for teachers still need at least 2 more years til they have the payment of the teachers here in my area

well if you want to do the spilts you have to warm up everyday first them do some stretching intil after a long time you can finally do the splits. Well it's like that.

Yes i have noticed most boxer have flat noses but it would depend how hard you get hit that makes your nose bleed or around your face

Well when we were in class and practice running jump kicks infront just kicking straight. This one kid went and ran and jumped up and did the front kick and hit the target that our trainer was holding and he hit it so hard it went flying up into the ceiling and (we had the rectangle things on the roof put together so you can push it up and take a peice off if you want) hit the rectangle and it went up inside and it was stuck somewhere inside the ceiling and the space their is before your home is finished getting build like in an undelevoped basement. and the rectangle thing on the roof almost fell onto the floor but it was just hanging. The the trainer said "OOOO looks like we have a problem!!! " "Nice kick though"

Well I like to bike a lot it is better then walking and is faster But people with leg problems i also think that they might prefer to bike more then run.
