A blonde walked into a gas station and said to the manager, ''I locked my keys in my car. Do you have a coat hanger or something I can stick through the window to unlock the door?'' ''Why sure,'' said the manager, ''we have something that works especially well for that.'' A couple minutes later, the manager walked outside to see how the blonde was doing and he heard another voice. ''No, no! A little to the left,'' said the other blonde inside the car.

Out of Knees, Elbows, Kicks, and Punches which do you think have the most power or most effective hit when you are hitting someone??? Well I personly think that the worst to the head out of those would be an elbow or knee. To the body I would say a knee or a kick maybe a punch. For in the leg area I would say like a kick or a knee if you hit someone in the right spot. But out of all getting hit anywhere I would say the worst to be hit by an elbow probably fallowed by a knee or kick then a punch. what is your opinion???

Well some people can kick high because their really flexible and have good balance and it is easier for them to kick high since they are really flexible they don't have to put that much effort in the kick as someone who couldn't kick really high and aren't to flexible or have good balance or both. So to sum it up it depends if you have good balance so that you are able to kick high without loosing your balance. Or if your flexible enough to do the splits or almost it's easier for you to kick higher since you can stretch your leg more higher in the air without any pain.
