Yep, this sort of thing happens in all areas of life. For anyone who has played little league baseball, the phrase "coach's son" may cause a similar reaction. Not every coach is guilty of showing that sort of favoritism, though.

Do you read eBooks? I prefer paper books for whatever reason. The Kindle is interested because of the screen, but repurchasing books (plus the price of the unit itself) is an issue...

I don't carry all that much, honestly. Usually all I have is my wallet. I might take my Nokia N810 if I had reason to.

There is a bill that is moving along in the Tennessee government, that would "legalize and regulate mixed martial arts" in the state. Thought some might find this interesting. Read more here.

I don't know that I've seen much on this here at KF, so I wanted to bring it up. http://www.elitexc.com It's an MMA fighting league that signed a deal with CBS. Apparently, they will begin airing "Saturday Night Fights" on May 31. Anyone planning to watch?
