  1. So hes only 16 years old (or younger) and 6'4'' mmm, sounds fishy to me. Are u sure ur not exaggerating...cuz i'v read sum of ur posts before... Didnt u say that theres also a 47 year old man in ur dojo that said he would kill u?

U also mentioned this on another post:

Am a senior at my school a big bully did a kick so i'd show him a proper one to the neck, he was about to felt I'll grab his head swinging him across rooms to rooms doors to walls while doing a knee strike, got excluded becuse he use to bully me 3 years ago.

I apologise if i'm wrong but it sounds like u get into alot of trouble...

I would suggest the police definatley, assualting people is a serious offence.

p.s Didnt u also mention in a post that u cud take on 3 to 4 inexperienced guys who were ur same size and build, u should really be able to take this guy if thats the case

  2. A really Chivalrous act would be to save someones life totally selflessly, expecting nothing in return and telling no one about it.

I respect anyone u would act like that.

  3. I go clubbing every fortnight, usually get pretty hammered :D however it doesnt effect my fitness in anyway, I go down the gym often and play lots of sports, obviously I do karate aswell.

    Carling - Best of British.

    Dont Like:

Budweiser - About as strong as water

    Guniess - Cold coffee

Double Vodka - Doesnt go well with beer!

Just thought u'd like to know!

  4. Ah, the bliss of free healthcare....

Anyway, my brother has a similar problem. He severly broke his arm in the elbow region and could not fully extend it, and after 2 years he still cant. That however was a very serious brake and he neglects the exercises that the physio prescribed. Basically the physio told him to keep it exercised and strentched and he was shown a series of simple exercies that he must do daily (he never does them) and after a period of time mobility will return.

My advice is to see a physiotherapist or if not possibly search the net or books to find out the exercies required to overcome ur injury, I think thats the best option. In the mean time keep it exercised. The book "Dynamic Strength" by Harry Wong (check amazon) does have an elbox exercise which helps prevent injury to the elbow (I know its too late) but it cud help.

  5. I agree. Only recently have a been specifically working on my triceps as well as biceps. There seems to be a myth out there that biceps are everything and that there the biggest muscle in ur arm, I dont know why. Maybe its because when someone (egotistical beefcake usually) puts there arm up to show their muscles of its the biceps that u see from the front.
