i find dat after a vigerous sesion ov muay thai trainning my shoulders ache and i was wondering weather this is normal an if i cud help stop this pain??or does n e 1 have n e advice!

it really doesnt matter wher u get trained its ure determinatioon and that alows you to learn also in thailand ther are as many mcdojos as ther is over here and usualy instructers are at the same standard and also the training camps arnt as gud at training u as what they are supposed 2 and what they are made out 2 do!!!!!!!!!!! -

they would stand a good chance of winning the fight,as it is the "base" martial art as judo,karate,aikido and some other martial arts have bacically broken of ov ju jitsu so afcourse it involves strikes and arm bars it also involves throws!! hope this helped jake -

i was jus wondering what type of thai boxing/boxing /kick boxing equipement people use as i personally use hayahi gloves and shin pads ,what make do you use???

i use hayashi gear as i find it is comfortable + gives gud protection -
do u have tourneaments in ju-jitsu??i wasnt 2 shure as it obtains the arm bars and locks of aikido and they are ment 2 break arms!!

yeh u r being gullable ,though u shud not push ure self past your own personal limitations,such as i can all most get my legs too the floor when doing da splits,tho it helps am flexable due 2 da fact i practice judo ,hoped this helped [/img]

yeh i agree as im a muay thai practishoner and i have a heck of a hard punch ( not meaning 2 sound modest) but ghoast i agree with u ! in some points ! but my cousin box's and i spa with him and my punches are more effective and they can 'adapt' but this takes time 4 it 2 set in that we kick as hard as we punch !
