I was a black belt and took time off because of college, life, etc. Now, about 16 years later, I have started over. Although I had to start as a white belt again (which I completely understand), I can say this...it's GREAT to be back!!!

My kids' karate school does not allow ages below 5 because they lack not only the coordination, but the concentration as well. As a mother of a new 6 year old boy (Birthday January 26), I totally understand! It will come with age and better coordination - which my son is still working on! Completely normal for this age

Hi everyone! My name is Christine. I'm 34 years old and from Cincinnati, Ohio. After a very long break from karate (about 16 years), I am FINALLY back into it and beginning my journey to becoming a black belt again! It's so good to be back!!
