i think Muay thai is more effective than KM in An NHB ring.and it also depends on the practitioner.a bad muay thaist will get his ass kicked by a good Krava Maga Practitionar and vice versa.

i cant split only after warming up very well.i have beeen training 3-4 times a week for abt 3 months and it finally paid off.

i agree with TreeBranch,bruce was a great martial artist,but his MA isnt ''perfect'',it has its weaknesses like all martial arts.If bruce was still here,maybe he would have developed it more.

ninjanurse , all martial arts have hand techniques,i meant that in a tae kwon do fight,u never see anyone throwing a punch on the other.its all abt kicking.on theother hand,northern shaolin styles use legs and hands in a fight.

i study kyokushin karate.its the karate style made by mas oyama.we also use natural stances,blocks, kicks (from waist).its full contact, bare knuckled but no punches allowed to the head.

i cant find any similarity between both.mainly all MA styles have ''high kicking''.and tae kwon do fighting lacks punches .its only kicking and kicking (no offense tae keon doists )...
