can some one explain hapkido well for me?

People like that bug the crap out of me. Why get a cocky attitude when your being helped? Like, there was this older guy started takin karate after me...stunk like no-ones business too...anyways he was a jerk who thought it knew it all and because he attended more classes than me and lessons he progressed faster and thought he was the *. And back when I tested for green he was there for the test already green and he kept making little stupid comments about my form or foot work. Then he said after the test, "I wouldnt have passed you". But later I was informed that I did better on my test than him. And now he doesnt go there anymore so thats all good. And im left thinking, I was about half his age, why is he messin with me. I was about ready to give up respect and my self-dignity for 2 minutes and kick the crap out of the cocky fool.

Is there a way I can add R&B/soul and techno? Is there other types that you all want to be included?

Im with seven star, just do it. You should be able to tell if your hitting to hard, and they will let you know. Dont go hog wild and kick some one as hard as you can, focus on speed not strength.

Im taking Karate with tkd and boxing influences. We use karate blocks, Tkd forms and kicks and some boxing punches and evades. Its pretty well rounded.

Hey man, sorry to hear of your situation. Is there anyway you can get transfered to a different school? I mean, even if you can take a MA again, its gonna be awhile before you can use it effecentally. Also, dont start the fight, if you can talk your way out of it do so. But I would recommend Hapkido and also wrestling, hang out with the big guys. I hung out with alot of big guys who liked to backyard wrestle and fight for fun and I didnt get picked on to much at all.

Hey man, power to you. Through out middle and high school i never aproached a girl unless I knew for sure she liked me....which I didnt find out very often. And my friends were like, "Craig, your a dork, if I was you I would have like 5 g/f and stuff". And if you do find a girl, dont get in over your head, you will not be able to make any since out of alot of them.-(read support in the general topics form)-thats what happened to me in a relationship, but now I figure, what do I have to lose? If a girl knows you like her so what, I finally got the courage to ask a girl in my class out and she said she was seeing some one but she would call me if things change. There is plenty of women and plenty of time, find the right one. Good luck!!!

Yea, im pretty much over it but on occasion it haunts me. Im just mad now cuz she asked me if there is anything she could do and I said at least continue being my friend cuz I dont want to lose that too. well, she hasnt called in 2 weeks I called her 2 times and went to give her back some movies and she was kinda rude to me so im thinking about asking her if she still wants to be my friend and if not I can say screw it and move on 100%. Im starting to look forward to the next one....nothing to serious though
