  1. LOL, lads yous are a little of track here, not to be cheeky, but i was not asking your thoughts on martial arts training. I am very aware of the trainnig fo martial arts. And that i must stick to one method of training and not cross them. I was Justing wondering how do gymnasts actully train and build that strength they show during thier movements. To be able to controal thier bodys like that. I am sorry for if this comes arcooss as being rude.
  2. Does anyone know how to build the sort of strength that gymnasts and breakdancers show. The sort that allows them to walk on thier hands etc. I have never been able to find any info on this subject, and was wondering what peoples thoughts on the subject where. I am guessing that the usage of bodyweight exercies, lifting weights and isometrics what be a start.
  3. I would say that, yes gloves will make your arm recieve less shock. As it cushens the blow going up your arm.
  4. i was also wondering about the effects on not just the knuckles but in general the whole hand, the wrist and arm, do u think that regular punch bag strenghens the bones, tendons and muscles?

  6. hey bro, sleep is as important as training and nutrition. Without giving your body enough rest your body can not recover proberly therefore you will make little gains in strength or muscle mass. A good 8 hours sleep everynight is important when doing intence weightlifting, see muscle does not grow in the gym they grow at night when your sleeping. As far as suppements are concerned they are there not as a subsitute for sleep or good nutrition but rather as aid to help you. Your body is continullay rebuilding itself throw out the day but the most part of it happens at night when you are sleeping.
