well done, i like full contact aswell, as jack said, its the adrenilin rush, it gets u into fighting spirit. hey all, this is how we did: (we were in different catagories) i got 1st place fighting tobias got 1st place kobudo littel adam from our club got 1st place kata Carol got 2nd place kata i got 3rd place kata My brother got 3rd place kata our fighting team got 2nd place our kata team, which we made up in about 2 mins before the catagory, got 3rd place i cant remember the rest we got alot of medals and trophies that day, im VERY proud of our club, we kept a high standard the whole way through and we didnt let ourselves down or get upset to our students, im very proud of you all, you are all winners love Ang :angel:

My favourite kumite move is a sweep, coz u got em down, then u just av 2 finish em off, easy! My favourite move altogether? Spinning ushero mawash in the air, and jumping spinning back kick, thats more of a kickboxin move tho, nevermind Ang

Okay i learnt a bit more since the last time i bin on ere, the katas i now know are: Kion Kata Heian Shodan Heian Nidan " " sandan " " Yondan most of Godan Tekki shodan Bassai Dai AND niju shio I think katas are fun and just for the record, i still wanna know Jion and Jitte Ang
