  1. First of all control your diet plan, cut down all junk , fast, and fried foods and take more organic and raw veggies foods to burn your excessive fat. Secondly start some workout plan in your regular routine, cardio workouts is more effective on for the weight reduction purposes.
  2. I do only some fitness exercises to maintain my fitness level, and improve body strength and stamina for the better performance. Mostly I do push ups, pull ups, sits ups, crunches, and yoga at my home.
  3. I never take paleo diet because I am on raw veggies diet plan and protein diet plan. I am little bit fat and want to lose my excessive body fat for this purposes raw veggies diet and protein diet are the best choices.
  4. Yes of course yoga is a great workout for the health and fitness purposes. It's main role in mental stability because it play an important tole to get rid of various mental diseases such as depression, stress, and anxiety.
  5. It's a good workout routine for improving the muscular power, and body fitness. I appreciate your this workout routine, you should carry on your this workout routine for the better muscular and fitness maintenance.
  6. Would you like to do some exercise along with your karate training for your good fitness and body development. I think you should do some outdoor cardio and also some weight workout for the better fitness and muscular health.
