  1. I think you are rarely walk in a day or you always use car or any vehicle to go anywhere. Your leg cause pain because you rarely walk. It happens sometimes but if you have severe pain after walking then you should consult a doctor.

  3. Health is wealth. There are lots of health related tricks which can maintain your weight. 1. morning walk daily. 2. Eat fruit and vegetables. 3. Drink much water. 4. Do yoga and exercise daily and keep away from oily foods.
