There was a pro fight in the sport channels on MMA and they mentioned the winner getting $200,000 so yeah...thats quite a lot. -

Hands are more flexible and faster, legs are slower but more powerful.

Yeah sticks and staff are good to start off with and are easy to find. Also because anybody can use a knife/sword lethally.

Training after workout is only good for weight loss. As after you yourout you will burn all your carbohydrates(?) and then while training you can burn the fat. Burned in order: Alcohol-->Carbohydrates-->Fat-->Protein-->Muscle(?)

The only thing i would be able to help you with is the protein shakes. People say you should take some before and after the workout. Dont know why before workout, but after workout you have 30mins of better protein absorbtion. -

Hey all, just joined to learn more about MA. I am currently learning Wing Chun but am trying to applying Bruce Lee's method into it, therefore making it freestyle at the same time. If you guys got anything you wanna share thats fine with me cause i love learning and am always open to new information. Well, hope thats all there is to introduce.
