ZR440 Posted October 23, 2003 Posted October 23, 2003 Correct. I should have added "from" joint sprain. The stretched ligament allows the rib to move out of it's normal position. I experienced it at the start of year from falling techniques. Until the ligaments heal the rib will try to sneak back out of position if you bend or twist the wrong way. They don't heal very fast because you can't immobilize the joint. I still have mine adjusted about once a month. It sucks. Hopefully Goedikey won't have this problem, but if he/she has insurance it's worth having it checked out. It's happy hour somewhere in the world.
