MuayTB1
ok, here is more things on the chest. put both hands on a stack of books so you can lower your body more and train more of your chest. now, put your feet on a chair and your hand on the floor for the same as incline bench press but instead your body will go downwards. now, switch over and put your hands on the chair instead the floor and your feet on the floor. that is same as decline bench press that will train more of your lower chest. incline will train more of your upper chest if the puting your hand on the chair is to easy, get ahold of two bar or what ever and do dips. got it? if you need more explining i'll be right here. ps. if you want your chest to get way bigger, make sure that your hands are spread more not close together. KickChick
You don't need a gym to develop your "pectoralis major"...maybe just a bar, bench and a pair of dumbbells. :pony: :pony: (no not those! ) Start with bench press, followed by pushups and then flyes. Select a weight for which you'll be able to complete 12-15 reps per set for a total of 6 sets per exercise. When it becomes easier increase the weight. Muay's routine above same as bench pressing...nice routine if you don't have barbell and bench! Flyes...hold dumbbells above chest as you lie on bench or floor. Fully extend arms w/palms faced in. Slowly lower weights straight out to the side..(but try to keep nost of the motion in your shoulder joints not your elbows). Lower the weight to where you feel a slight stretch in your chest. Now squeeze those pecs and bring dumbbells together in semicircular motion back up to starting point...and repeat! Girls....this develops that nice line down the center of your chest..."muscular cleavage"!!
Blood Eagle
I agree with you completely kickchick! Fear is just a feeling that you have to overcome, it cannot hurt you. Only panic is a deadly act!
winterkarate
another form of developing your pectoral muscles is to run... yes if you run with small lead weights on your wrists and rotate your arms properly, (watch professional runners for technique) you not only improve your stamina but your chest will get bigger, across aswell as out. hope thats useful.
