How do you train at home (outside of the dojo)

I try to run 3-5 miles on non-class days (3 days) combined with stretching. I also practice forms twice a week. The running has improved my cardio so that I can concentrate on technique in sparring and grappling instead of thinking about how hard it is to huffing and puffing. :lol:

Other than my 3 classes a week, I do alot of pressups and situps during the day at work, and I've just discovered I can do chinups again so when noone is looking I do 3 sets of just 3 or 4 off a door frame... other than that I have started walking to work which is a good half hour each way, with 2.5kg sandbag ankle weights on each ankle - very good workout! Feels awesome taking them off, you feel so much lighter and kicks are alot easier.
