The Saint Posted September 26, 2003 Posted September 26, 2003 Natutrally, I have tight hamstrings, is there any streatching web sites out there or adivce anyone can tell me? The muscle fibres are short due to lifting weights with hardly any streatching. I am trying to become more flex able so it helps with kicks. Any adice?
