Pull up Workout

Why not?

If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.

Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

Does it damage your tendons? Or rotator cuff?

I can only do about 5 pull-ups, but it´s because I´ve got such a big body (not fat, it´s all muscles :) )

But I can do 80 push-ups instead.

it best not to do one handed specified excercises, ie one handed pull ups or press ups. The reason for this is that we all have a stronger hand, and it is likely that you will choose the desired hand to do those excercies with. This puts excess strain on shoulders and forearms on a particular side and will disrupt the overall balance in the body. I speak of experience with the one handed press ups. In reality they arent that helpful, unless you want to show off.
