wrestlingkaratechamp Posted September 1, 2003 Posted September 1, 2003 Seeing QBs like Mike vick and Manning how they are very very fast I was wondering How I could be that fast? I'm 6 foot and half inch and 140 pounds and I run the mile in 5:35 but I want to get more fast. ankle weights?

Radok Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 10 200 meter sprints, every other day. Preform them at absolute max speed. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
