Guy_Mendiola
you should have kept your hands up at all times but it's still useless when your fighting a fast kicker.
CTpizzaboy
Good post guy who fights. Heres something else; there are three lines of defense: foot movement, bobing and weaving, and blocking. Practice. Canh T.I often quote myself. It adds spice to my conversations.
Guy_Mendiola
the main thing is to just practice which would make you become better in sparring.
italian_guy
Yes practice and be honest with yourself. When something goes wrong analize what you have done wrong and next time try to avoid it. (Anyway when I spar less experienced people I let them attack first. Since they are less experienced they usually make errors you can exploit to counter attack ).
