Crucio Posted September 5, 2003 Share Posted September 5, 2003 muscle can help to strengthen the joints cracking. For elbows try some skull crushers. For knees, I just had knee surgury, and before, it was really cracking, and after surgury, but then i went to physical therapy, and i had to do mad amounts of weighted lunges, deadlifts, leg press, leg curls and leg extensions.
