muscle can help to strengthen the joints cracking. For elbows try some skull crushers. For knees, I just had knee surgury, and before, it was really cracking, and after surgury, but then i went to physical therapy, and i had to do mad amounts of weighted lunges, deadlifts, leg press, leg curls and leg extensions. Along with lots of time on the bike. Around 6 months later, i dont have nearly as much cracking.
