ZR440 Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 Cost of treatment vs. lifelong problems with that hand It's a no-brainer. It's happy hour somewhere in the world.
CodyydoC Posted September 5, 2003 Author Posted September 5, 2003 You may have a broken hand. The 5th metacarpal (the bone going from the base of the pinki to the wrist) is often broken when a strike lands on the last knuckle. This happens so often, it is called a boxer's fracture. I broke it once, and the doctor had to rebreak my hand then set it in a cast so it would heal properly. I wish you the best on your recovery. hey thanks, i thinki'll go beg my mother to take me to the hospital.... thanks again for the help and the little wishy thing u said Codywhite belt in everything
delta1 Posted September 6, 2003 Posted September 6, 2003 Codydoc, definately go see a doctor. You could cause all kinds of problems by leaving this. Some of them may not show up till later in life, or you could do seriouse, immediate dammage. If you go to a hospital or clinic that accepts any kind of government funds, they cannot refuse to see you. They will bill you, but you can work out some sort of payment schedule. Freedom isn't free!
Darce Posted September 24, 2003 Posted September 24, 2003 If you don´t have the money just borrow from a friend or something. This is serious stuff! Shukokai Karate, Orange belt ( 7. kyu)
