aznkarateboi Posted August 21, 2003 Posted August 21, 2003 http://www.jumpusa.com/wrist.htm do you think that wrist rollers improve finger strength? i know they say they do, but it looks like it just works the wrist.
SaiFightsMS Posted August 22, 2003 Posted August 22, 2003 Anything that strengthens the forearms also strengthens the grip. And a wrist roller is very effective.
shotochem Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 I agree with Sai, very good excercise. You could mke your own with an old broomstick, piece of rope and a weight or even a small bucket filled with sand or anthing laying around the house. Then just twist the night away. Why spent 30-40 bucks? Pain is only temporary, the memory of that pain lasts a lifetime.
SaiFightsMS Posted August 26, 2003 Posted August 26, 2003 I had one I made using an old broom handle and some rope. I just tied a weight plate to the bottom of the rope. And if you hold the broom handle out at shoulder height you are also doing some strenght work for your shoulders at the same time.
