Black Dragon Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 If you could have any mutant, or superhero's powers which hero(villan) would it be, and why? So recognize or be hospitalized Cuz literally on a scale from one to ten I'm 25.
benedictbm Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 thats a toughy i hafta think about this ... I'd prolly take Robins Vocabulary..lol not really... Id truthyfully pick Superman because around my place i havent heard any kryptonite sightings or reports f the stuff in the area. and so i could just be the "Super" man for everyone i know cheezy explanation but i dont know that much about superheros/villians
renketsu Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Wolverine for me - claws would be fun if you were being mugged. Regenerative powers which also mean I wouldnt really age and not to mention having an adamantium skelton making me virtually indestructable Flying would be nice but you cant have everything. Black Dragon Posted August 19, 2003 Author Posted August 19, 2003 If anyone is familiar with the X-Men I would like Juggernaut's powers. He cant fly or anything but he can lift an 18 wheeler and bullets just bounce off him. How cool would that be, I'd kick everyone's butt! So recognize or be hospitalized Cuz literally on a scale from one to ten I'm 25.
Warp Spider Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 I'd be Apocalypse! Dahahahaah, there's no stopping him! Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God!
battousai16 Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 uh, i think the x men stopped him a few times... "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
whynot Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Taskmaster has one of the coolest powers ever; he has photographic reflexes which allow him to copy anything he watches after seeing it only once or twice. This does not mean that he can throw fireballs or fly, but he can pop in a martial arts movie and copy all of the moves in it perfectly after watching it only once or twice. Or he can watch the olympics and be able to perform olympic caliber gymnastics, diving, or fencing, after about five minutes. He could even watch the food network and learn how to cook like a gourmet chef. Sure, if Magneto were still around he could destroy Taskmaster, but it is still a really cool, and fairly concealable power. I suppose if I were to choose something based on sheer power, I would pick telekinesis. Tearing stuff up without having to even move would be pretty cool too. On Apocalypse, I am pretty sure that he is dead. I did not read the whole storyline (if you cannot tell by now, I am a comic nerd), but I think he died when he separated from Cyclops.
Warp Spider Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 uh, i think the x men stopped him a few times... Yeah, they thwarted his plans, but what with being eternal and transcending time, he kept coming back for more. Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God!
monkeygirl Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Superman really did have all the best powers...flight, speed, man of steel, laser vision, cold breath...he had it all! About the only thing he couldn't do was any kind of mind control/telekinesis. But Superman is already taken (plus I'm a girl so I'll pick a ...uh..superhero-ess..yeah). So, I'll pick Storm. She could fly using wind and that's all I really need, right? Plus she could bring up a thunderstorm and zap her enemies with lightning. Mostly, though, I'd probably just end up using my powers to end droughts, give snow days to the highest bidding little rich kids, stuff like that 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
