Shorinryu Kid Posted August 6, 2003 Share Posted August 6, 2003 I am training for sparring competition and I think I can improve and get a little more of an edge if I am streched more....does anyone have any ideas of methods or techniques that they use or have heard about?? This would help me out alot!!!!
