TKD_McGee Posted October 5, 2001 Posted October 5, 2001 Can it be done? Ive seen people attempt it, but they dont get really far. When I say overweight I mean can't lift leg off ground for more than 5 seconds without falling over! Maybe with Judo and sumo wrestling overweight people could have a chance! Do unto others, as they done to you.
Karateka_latino Posted October 5, 2001 Posted October 5, 2001 Oh well. lol I think first they must see a doctor.. then lose weight by proper eating and low impact exercises.. and when have lose several pounds Then the can Think on starting a martial arts program. It's very hard,.. sometimes it gets very hard to drop 15 to 20 pounds, now i don't even want to know what's losing 100 pounds.. I think it can be done, but it must be done Right and carefully. Thanks.
