Where I go to kickboxing was flooded and I still want to stay in shape. I still do stretches and push-ups, but don't have any weihgts or punching bags at home. So what do you all think might be some really good exercising combinations for arm, stomach, leg, and overall toning.

If you learn forms (kata's) where you train practice these with intensity. Jumping rope is a great workout! Try doing plyometrics for your legs. Some examples:

 

1. Keeping feet together, and jumping forward as high, and as far as you can go.

 

2. Start in a front stance (forward stance), bring feet together, and jump straight up (extending your arms) as high as you can.

 

Lunges are also great for legs. Squats without weights (lots of reps) will get your sore too!

Thanx White_Tiger! I did a few of those plyometrics for acouple of days like you posted and I can really see how they would help me. I have never heard of them before. I'll have to look more up. Thanx again. :D
