wrestlingkaratechamp Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 OK Listen to this: in 1991 I was going on six when my older brother and I watched this movie caled IT by Steven King. It was the scarest thing I have ever seen in my life even to this day! It was a clown! Its not a screamming fear that consummed me that night but this FROZEN fear that trembled through me. Two nights later I was still scared and I hadn't slept much and it was about 1:30 and I hear this noise.......a tall (6 foot 3) creature slowly walks into my room and I pretend to be asleep........the creature knees down beside me and when I peek at it I was shocked!!!!!!!!!!! The scarest moment in my life! The very same clown was in front of me! He held down my arms and said "Hello David" and I was frozen once again.......I somehow got enought courage to pull away and hit the clown in the face when he yelled out-you little sh*$ and I knew then that it was my older brother!!! I never forgave him for it but We laugh about it today. lol That is why I started MAs and hopefully if IT comes one night I'll be ready. I have the Lord on my side and 11 years of karate wrestling and BJJ.
sansoouser Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 well, the scariest moment? Hmmm I don't have enough time to recite my life, let alone lyou wouldn't read it. Scariest moment, hmmm. OK here's one. I was walking with my BB gun shooting squirrels. I was walking along when I heard a scream. Well to cut a long story short, it was a bob cat. I aimed at it and shot it in the head about 4 outta 20 shots. It was enough to make it go away, that and my steaming crap and The amateur shoots his hands out ferociously, but lacks any true power. A master is not so flamboyant, but his touch is as heavy as a mountain.
Tibby Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 My first wreck, when my car went into a ditch. I was teaching my younger sister the proper way to speed on a back road, and as I was coming up the hill fro mone said, and SUV was coming up the other side, taking up the whole @#$ road, and not even bothering to stop. We landed in a like a steap ditch, went into a barwire feild, though the bar holding it up, and had to drive thru the feild to get out. The cras hwas scary, facing my parents was even scarier! Good thing it was only body damage. The Ironicy part, my sister had 3 pizza's and 2 drins in her lap, didn't spill a thing! But I learned my lesson. Next time, I'm taking a side panal and a merror out. Teach them to hit and run!
GrrrArg Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 Taking my brown belt grading. In particular having three instructors come and stand about three feet away from me whilst I was performing the kata I needed to grade...arrgghh Oh and tibby keeping hold of food seems to be a crash phenomenom (SP?) my friends were hit a brick wall at 70mph, they were all OK apart from being a bit shaken but Will had managed to protect the ice-cream he was eating..
sano Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 one time i was walking down the street and out of know where three people grab me shoved me in an alley and demand me for my money a was going to give it to him but i had this mean look on my face and i held on to his arm. he told me to let go but i said i will let go if you let me out of this alley. than for some reason he started reaching for his pocket. out of no where this guys yelled leave him alone and they pretend to be from a gang which i knew they was not you can tell. but the three guys fell for it and ran. i can not belive that happen even to this day because it reminds me of an cheesey action movie or something. and plus i had no way to thank those guys. falcon kick!!!
King of Fighters Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 When i bought sarges heros for ps1, after a few seconds of playing it, it sunk in that i had just payed $60 for that pile of crap.
Drunken Monkey Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 not the scariest moment in my life but an intersting situation. i was jumped once when i was a little younger and the guy just grabbed onto my top with both hands, y'know, the typical double hand grab. well, he really got in my face and demanded i give him my money. as i was standing there all i could think of was how easily it would've been for me to well, to be a bit crude, slap his * from my position. my hands and legs were free to move while his hands were busy grabbing hold of my top. i jsut told him to let go and he kept asking me for my money. eventually his friend told him to let go which he did and left. the odd thing was i was very clear of mind. i wasn't unaffected cos i do remember the whole thing lasting a long time (in a slow motion way) so i was feeling something but it wasn't fear and it wasn't anger or anything like that. you could say i was calm. anyone know what i mean? post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
RJOTweet Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 When I rooled my dad's 4-wheeler 2 weeks ago. We bought it in June and haven't even made the first payment on it. At least it only got scratched. I had a lot of bruises though. But I did have a helment on!!!!! Or else I might have been knocked out or in the hospital. CardioKB student
