It increases your fast twitch muscle fibres. let me know if it helps! It is better to die on your feet than live on your knees!

Practise is the Key Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 practice i think. I am still training however, having dabbled in Shotokan and Shotokai Karate. I am please to report that Kenshukai is one of the strongest and most disciplined styles ( i did not write this)
