telsun Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 Took me a while to work out what you meant by "splitting". You mean doing the splits don't you. Well I started training when I was quite young and I was flexible due to my youth. It still took a while for me to achieve the splits though. Now I have aged I put very little empasis on "splitting" and as a result my splits has suffered although I still remain fairly flexible. There really aren't any "tricks" to achieveing the splits other than practice. There are various methods that are available, I am sure that they will be described shortly. I'm afraid that I do not have the time right now....................... I keep asking God what I'm for and he tells me........."gee I'm not sure!"
