Well i coem from perth in western australia in australia i train at osborne park it is a freestyle martial art with grappling and muay thai in it it is basically the best of everything in progression form ore info go too

Zen-Do Kai karate is an eclectic system

 

based primarily on Shotokan. Jujitsu, Uechi-Ryu, and several other systems

 

 

Yes, I studied at Zen Do Kai HQ in Johnstown, NY for a while in the 80s. What do you want to know?
