 You guys are nuts! (In the nicest possible way :D)

As for the morals of killing... See, I don't like trophy-hunting, that kinda p*sses me off. It really irritates me, I mean if you're going to kill something at least be respectful enough to do something with it!! Anyway. If you're going to eat it and it doesn't effect the survival of the rest of the herd/whatever, fine. If it's a pest, even better!

with a bow, and instead of a blaze orange vest and hat, have like a blaze orange cloack, and tied head band with some old peaseant clothes.

But baisically, I'm just like Fireka... I read too many fantasy books!

I hear that in Pennsylvania, they're trying to either get rid of the bowhunting season, or make it shorter. Something about rifle hunting being more popular, so they want to extend its season...I'm not a hunter so I don't really know.

In my area however, deer hunting is like a service to humanity...the deer are vastly overpopulated and running amuck. A few years ago, I remember there being a big problem of deer hopping out into traffic, causing a lot of wrecks.

So, as long as you don't get drunk and shoot my house, I'm fine with hunting :)

Ah, and if you want to be particular about it, it's good for the deer too. If they're overpopulated they will just die from cold/malnourishment anyway. Well, so long as people aren't hunting just the stags and heathy mature does!

Ted Nugent came on tour to "Bearfest" in utah a few years back. On the tour he shot flaming arrows at a guitar :)

He also owns his own "reserve" where he hunts animals.

I prefer hunting w/ the bow compared to a gun. I don't do it for killing animals (mmmm deer/elk jerky), I like the challenge of shooting a bow compared to a rifle.

You think martial artists would be out hunting w/ katanas :)
