The Big Question: Why Do You Do Martial Arts?

I joined to give lifting weights a break, I wanted to be more flexable as well. I started at 22 and enjoy going to improve my overall fitness level, plus kicking things and people relieves stress....lol

I've been drawn to martial arts every since I was a kid. I don't really know why. It looked magic to me as a kid and I wanted to be able to do that. Now it means so much more to me. IT's truly become a lifestyle.

I started martial art in 1984 after a fight that I won, the guy told me that he would come back to fight me again,I never tought he would, but he did and I got scared so I decided to start martial art,then it become a way of living.

I don't train for belt color I train to survive on the street
