Weight Training???

Because of school sports I play I'm on a program called Bigger faster stronger or BSF, it works wonders. We do power lifts, and I increase my bench from 160 to 230 in a year, deadlift from 265-350 and squat from 225-300.

 

Also my 40 yard dash time from 4.8 - 4.5

Yeah but you gotta remember that if you have big hulk hogan style muscles you will tire more easilly since the oxygen has alot more to go through. ThaiBoxeo, the 40 yard dash numbers you gave are pretty good, but when you have to go a bit farther you'll probably slow down a bit. But I'm not really familiar with Kickboxing and how much endurance has to do with it (3 rounds, right?) so....

hey well thats really good but i don't time myself for such short distance

 

I can run 1.7 km in 7 minutes and 3 seconds :grin:

 

The fastest in our school was 6 minutes and 33 seconds

 

 

when you do your best it`s going to show.

damn that was a pretty good comeback. Just a little tidbit of info, did you know that 2% of english population is black, but 1 out of 5 english premier leauge players is black.

 

Think about that.
