WanaBAKickBxr Posted October 1, 2001 Posted October 1, 2001 What are everyone's opinions on weight training and kickboxing at the same time? I'm asking b/c I've heard arguements for and against it. Does it really slow you down that much? If so is it worth it to sacrafice the speed for power until you can build the speed back up? Thx "It is futile to argue as to which single leaf, which design of branches, or which attractive flower you like; when you understand the root you understand all of its blossoming." Strife Posted January 12, 2002 Posted January 12, 2002 Weight training really helps you alot. It helps your bones get tougher, more muscle, and if you work right you get faster. You should also do alot of running, sucides. You should take up the sport rugby, or soccer. ______________________________________Its only funny until someone gets hurt. Then its hilarious.
