shadow boxing is similar to a kata, in the respect that you arnt really boxing anyone.

 

When I shadow box I throw differnt combinations of punches. Jab,cross,hook,upper cut

 

Uppercut, uppercut ,hook

 

etc. etc. etc.

 

You throw in some foot work some dodging moving around the idea is to break into a sweat. I like to shadow box with 5lb weights in my hands.

Shadow boxing is a great work out. It helps to picture your selfi nthe rign with someone while you do it, and picture yourself conterign his move as you box. Stone skin pretty much covered it good. Don't forget ,yo ucna add kicks if you want. And don't hit hard, you don't want to hurt your joints and lock out, you're not going to Knock out the air.
