well,

 

you lie on the floor on your front

 

stretch your hands out in front of you almost full stretch (only have your forearms flat on the floor)

 

overlap your hands

 

now try to lift your body using

 

if you do it right and not give yourself a hernia trying, you should now be on your palms and toes.

 

if you can get this far, you should be able to lower and raise your body like a push up

 

i should remind you that this is primarilt an abdominal exercise.

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.
