The time on those games depends hugely on how your pc is set up, and whether you use the mouse or the keyboard to click....;-)

0.11, but pc spec does matter

you also get a faster time if you hold the mouse button down the whole time and release when it changes.

There's always that thing where you drop a ruler and catch it again...

But seriously, a good drill for improving reflexes (working with a partner)

Stand sideways in a fighting stance, facing your partner, also in a fighting stance. Lift the arm that is closest to your partner (your partner will do the same) above your head, and touch your forearm to your partner's forearm. Basically what you're doing is exposing your rib cages to each other. From here, your partner will start to throw a reverse punch to your rib cage. As soon as you see him/her throw the punch, you will react and throw a punch to their rib cage. You want to try to beat them to the punch.

This works on reaction time, because you have to wait for your partner to start the punch. It also works on hand speed...reaction is useless if you don't have speed in your movements.
