RJOTweet Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 In anatomy I learnded that the part of your body that's the "six pack" is just tendons and the only way to be able to show it is to loose the fat that covers it. So also that they can't be built like muscles can. CardioKB student

The "6-pack" is the shape the muscle take, like the biceps take a dome shape or the Triceps take a horseshoe shape, for example. They can build, by you want to tone them. A combo of lots of cardio and MANY different ab work outs will get those things out. Body weight, weighted, sit-ups, crunches, etc, etc.
