3 times a week is plenty to be punching if you haven't got a bag I would have though...

 

Chin-ups, press-ups and sit-ups sounds like a good variety of exercises for upper body building...although I don't know how anybody can do chin-ups...they're far too hard :wink:

 

I probably am just as weak as I make out. :uhoh:

Well, chinups mainly work the Biceps and shoulders, and Pushups mainly work the Triceps chest and upper back, and situps work the abs, so yes that seems good enough :smile:

 

Adding some leg raises however wouldn't go a miss!
