BBD- Your getting a lot of mixed signals, everyone is saying something different. And in this case, none of us are wrong! See, you human body is so complex, everyone’s body is different. The is the result from millions of years of evolution and adaptation. I mean, someone’s ancestor may have been Calvary men, and they have strong upper body but weak legs, another persons ancestors could have been farmers, and there muscle recover faster, while another yet could have been hunters, and have faster reflexes. Our bodies now are the accumulation of that, we are all different. If you really want to know what problem works best for you, you are going to have experimenting with different programs and exercises

Now, Cyph, don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Isolation exercises have there place for strength and mass. The yare not as useful as the free weight exercises, but there are only so many free weight exercises, and the muscles move in so many ways.
