GoldDragon Posted September 19, 2001 Share Posted September 19, 2001 Heres a lil' post that might help you understand the difference between the Internal and External. ---------------------------------------------- Internal Internal styles focus mainly on the cultivation of chi and emphasize soft, flowing movements External External styles focus mainly on the physical side of martial arts and emphasize quick, powerful moves Heres a lil' list I have put together about these two great words that are used in the Arts of today 1 .Hsing-'i 2.
