WTF or ITF or MDK? I do Tae Kown Do Moo Duk Kwan ( a version of Tang Soo Do Moo duk kwan, in my opinion). Edited by karatekid1975

If you list where you're from Vash, you may get some more specific tips.

ITF = International Tae Kwon Do Federation

WTF = World Tae Kwon Do Federation

MDK = Moo Duk Kwon

Tae Kwon Do schools are usually members of one federation or another, or at the very least, hold some similarities to a federation.

Moo Duk Kwon is like a sub-style of Tang Soo Do, if I remember correctly. I'm not familiar with MDK, so perhaps someone else can explain it?

The TKD MDK school I'm with is self defense oriented. It is VERY similar to TSD. It's just that we mix TKD and TSD forms together. Everything else is the same.
