Tombstone
You're a busy person Not sure about healthy but I don't see how you can learn alot about an art when you go to so many only once a week.
CheekyMusician
Well I'm not sure, but I imagine it could do you some damage. Especially doing Muay Thai at such a young age. Maybe you should ask your doctor or martial arts instructors what they think. Smile. It makes people wonder what you've been up to.
ad
its orite if you train at home, put to train at a dojo for five days is likely to be very exhausting, i would recommend in dropping one of your martial arts at least. Also since your 14 years old u must be getting ready for your GCSEs, and there is no chance your going to be able to keep up the work load and martial arts at the same time. nathanjusko
You're not doing damage physically, but you are for your martial arts style. Learning those different styles all at once can damage your martial arts training very much, I know that complementing styles is the only way to grow and become the best. But, if you are a beginner in each style and you train each night learning particular techniques, which often contradict or go against what the instructor would like to see you perform, you're not at a level of respect with the instructor in order to start changing your style from the one that he or she wishes to teach you. My suggestion is this, master one style then move onto another and complement, then move onto another and add that to your arsenal.
