hobz Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 Carefull not to do to many leg raises! They develop the glutes ( I think?) and in the long run even though you are stronger, and skinnier, this makes you look fatter! Rule #1: Play the game to the limit. Damn the consequences.
