Carefull not to do to many leg raises! They develop the glutes ( I think?) and in the long run even though you are stronger, and skinnier, this makes you look fatter!

Rule #1: Play the game to the limit. Damn the consequences.

besides, both those muscles are ultra-important for martial arts, well, kicking ones its more important
