ROFL Kickchick. I think one of my problems in the push up struggle is the damage that has been done to my shoulders.

It is odd but I get more swelling in my shoulders the day after I bench than I do after I train shoulders.

Isn't it nice to have a sense of humor?

I have noticed something really odd in my upper body work. I can to a tricep push down on a pully with as much as I can bench. But I am having one heck of a time gaining bicep strength. I think the disease damaged some of the nerves that run through them. I know I have a tad bit of spinal cord scarring at C5-6.

Cool, Like BL's 2finger push up

The nearest i saw to that was the Budist monks doing handstands on their fingers. I've got visions of my finger exploding out of it's socket!!

Would you hit someone with a single finger strike?

Pushups are great but as you said you hate them. What type of upperbody strength are you wanting. Chest, Bi, Tri, shoulders, etc. I am a football coach and have lots and lots of weight training info. Let me know what you are wanting to develope and I may have something for you.
