the matrix reloaded opens next thursday, its supposed to have some super tweaked up martial arts fighting scenes. could be pretty cool.

 

anyone else here planning on seeing it?.

i have a question about the first one. if im not mistaken, the same chorogipher did the matrix that did "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"

 

now im not real familiar with the techniques of chinese styles, but that deffnitly looked like actuall kung-fu/wushu (with wires, of course0 than did the movements demonstrated in the matrix. was the matrix actually using a style in there fight?

It apparently is (some form of) kung fu, (Reeves even states in the film "I know kung fu") though in the article it states that the choreographer developed a different style for each character.

Of course I'm going to see it!!!!!!!

Saw it, loved it. Going to see it again tonight.

OHH YEA!!! Matrix Reloaded was great stuff... the fight scenes were just plain pants wetting sh*t droppingly awesome. Especially the fight with Neo and million agent smiths.

i saw it friday. it was friggin' sweet, well the fighting scenes where. i didn't understand the movie though. lol.
