GojuMaster Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 Hi i was just wondering if you can tell me the group of muscles that are responsable for a punch and if a combination of weights and calisthetics( i think i spelled it right) would even itself out because i pretty much do half and half working each muscle group.thnx for anything you can come up with If you cannot be made you cannot be broken
